This course is designed to introduce the Ideal Leadership Model, the framework that provides every leader with a structure so that they can begin a program of life-long learning in leadership.

Advanced Leadership
This course is designed for those who have successfully completed the Introduction to Leadership course and desire to apply the Ideal Leadership Model to their leadership practice.

- Lesson 2 - Looking at the future and how leaders must prepare for it
- Lesson 3 - Understanding the nature of change and why it is so difficult
- Lesson 4 - Examination of the conditions of leadership
- Lesson 5 - Reflection on the six leadership competencies
- Lesson 6 - Finding GOLI's (gateways of leadership initiative)
- Lesson 7 - Avoiding FOLI's (failures of leadership initiative)
- Lesson 8 - Developing a personal leadership development plan
- Follows the structure in Larry Stout's book, Ideal Leadership: Time for a Change, focusing on the seven leadership essentials and how they apply to the operations of any organization.
- Designed for those professionals who desire to go deeper into leadership practice, but lack the process steps on how to get there.
Master Leadership
This course is designed for those who have successfully completed the previous course offerings Introduction to Leadership and Advanced Leadership, and who desire to coach others in the application of the Ideal Leadership Model.
