The IDEAL LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT© is designed to give a thorough analysis of leadership potential based on a person's leadership capital and conditions.

The assessment consists a series of bi-polar questions, specifically designed to identify the key strengths and weaknesses in the six competencies that constitute leadership effectiveness.

  • Descriptive – it provides an overall picture of leadership capacity and can be used to compare individuals within an organization or with others with similar backgrounds and experience.
  • Prescriptive – with a priority listing of areas that need development, an individual can begin to address those areas in a manner that would have the most direct effect on improving leadership skills.
  • Predictive – research parameters from hundreds of previous assessments assist in identifying those individuals who demonstrate the best future potential for leadership.
